Ecological crisis and the politics of the Anthropocene

This workshop, sponsored by the Australasian Political Studies Association, draws together researchers who are at the forefront of attempts to tackle the politics of the Anthropocene. The panels range from broad reflections on the political challenges of recognising obligations to other living beings to examination of the forms and limitations of governance. The event is being held at the University of Queensland, St. Lucia, Brisbane. If you would like to attend, email Matt McDonald (matt.mcdonald@uq.edu.au).

PPI Principal Stefanie Fishel joins Dipesh Chakrabarty, Jessica Green, Rakhyun Kim, Nils Gilman and others at this dialogue.
